Meeting Venue

This year's meeting will take place at The Ritz-Carlton in Washington, DC. All meeting events will take place on the hotel grounds. AHAM has booked a block of rooms for this event for your convenience. 

Conference Registration Fees 

Registration for AHAM member divisions is $900.00 for the first registration. Additional company registrations costs are $500.00. The fourth company registrant is free.

Important Dates to Remember for the 2019 Meeting

  • Hotel Room Block - The hotel room block ends April 12, 2019.         
  • Click here to book your hotel room.
  • AHAM Meeting Cancellation - the last day to cancel attendance at AHAM's meeting is Friday, April 19th.  If you need to switch attendance with another member of your company, please let us know. Contact us here.

What to Wear?

Business casual is suggested for all meetings and general session events. Be sure to pack your favorite team jersey or get creative with sportswear for this year's Awards Banquet!
