Meeting Venue

This year's meeting takes place at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. All meeting events will take place on resort grounds, utilizing its expansive indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. AHAM has booked a block of rooms for this event for your convenience.

Companies can buy a 6 pack of registrations for $3,875 (buy 5 get one free) after 6 registrations, the cost per attendee is $595 each. Once you register, you will receive a code via email that allows you to designate your company’s attendees. Additional attendees (beyond the six) may register at a discounted rate.  

Important Dates to Remember for the 2020 Meeting

  • Hotel Room Block - The hotel room block closes April 3, 2020.         
  • Click here to book your hotel room.
  • AHAM Meeting Cancellation - The last day to cancel attendance at AHAM's meeting is April 3, 2020.  If you need to switch attendance with another member of your company, please let us know. Contact us here.

What to Wear?

Business casual is suggested for all meetings and general session events. Be sure to pack your favorite floral shirt to for our Friday night Margaritaville Dinner!
